Raw vs rendered HTML SEO diff

Compare source HTML and a rendered DOM snapshot for changes to metadata, headings, links, images and structured data. Private snapshots stay in your browser.

Your input stays in this tab

Files and pasted content are processed locally, never uploaded or saved. Closing or refreshing clears them. Usage events contain the tool name and action only.

How to use this tool

  1. 1.Copy the initial HTTP response HTML and the rendered document HTML from the same page.
  2. 2.Compare the snapshots. The report groups meaningful SEO fields instead of displaying a noisy whole-document code diff.
  3. 3.Investigate changed directives, metadata or missing links. Differences can be intentional; verify deployment and Google indexing separately.
Input files and analysis settings

Copy View Page Source or a saved HTML response. Do not paste scripts to run; markup is only parsed as text.

After the page loads, use developer tools to copy the document element's outer HTML. Use the same page and state.

This does not render a URL or simulate Googlebot. HTTP headers, computed visibility and rich-result eligibility are not evaluated. Input HTML is never executed or fetched. Maximum 2 MB per snapshot.

Keep the evidence with your decisions

The result tables preserve the observations behind each finding. Filter rows to focus your review, add notes to the main table and export a CSV. Use the text report to keep the method and limitations alongside the data.

A local diagnostic answers a bounded question about the input you provide. It does not prove how a search engine crawled, indexed or ranked your site. Follow up with a live check or the relevant first-party report when the decision depends on that evidence.

FAQ

Does RankCrab upload or store my files?+

No. The tool processes the input in this browser tab. It does not upload, save or fetch the supplied URLs. Closing or refreshing clears your input. Basic tool-name/action events never include file contents, filenames, URLs or queries.

Can I try it without preparing a file?+

Yes. Load the worked example and run the check to see a clearly fictional input and its output. Replace the sample with your own data before making decisions.

What are the limits of this check?+

This does not render a URL or simulate Googlebot. HTTP headers, computed visibility and rich-result eligibility are not evaluated. Input HTML is never executed or fetched. Maximum 2 MB per snapshot.

Can I export the result without signing up?+

Yes. Download every result table as CSV or save a text report with method notes. Reviewer notes appear in the corresponding table CSV. Exports escape formula-like cell values for safer spreadsheet use.
